We are currently looking for the following positions:
- Operations Manager
- Operations Support
- Despatch Support
- Seasonal Tour Guide scheduled tours
- Seasonal Tour Guide customised tours
Key skills:
- Organisation
- Practical and Strategic
- Customer Service focused
Key attributes:
Accuracy and professionalism in all work and communications
Flexibility in line with Business requirements
Work unsupervised and meet deadlines
Work with team members across all levels, on and off location
Qualifications or experience in (all or some from the list):
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Roster management and implementation
- Vehicle management & maintenance scheduling
- Driving 4WD Vehicles, buses & coaches
- Depot organisation
- Equipment maintenance
- General food safety & handling
- Tour Guiding – Minimum Light Rigid Drivers Licence and First Aid
Position may be full time, part time, casual or contract.
Hours depend on tours departing and can vary throughout the season, may include some early starts, late evenings and weekends and can also vary depending on your availability.
Main touring Season is March through October – some off season tours will depart depending on demand and availability.
Salary/ pay rates will be in accordance with experience and qualification
MARKETING DEPARTMENT
